Baby Michael made his debut in the world Jan 31, 2000 in hannibal Missouri.
He was a wonderful boy. He walked before he could crawwl at the tender age of 8 months he took his first steps of course
to get a can of pepsi (mikeys favorite).
Mikey died on dec 5 2001 He died as a result of an accident his paternal grandfather accidently ran him over. Our family
was devistated at our loss.
When terran was listed for tranplant it i thougth back to Mickeys death and how is had affected me so deeply I grappled
with the fact a child would have to die to give my son what he needed to live. How could I want for anyone to grieve as
I grieved for Michael the pain I suffered and continued. I missed him. And each day thought of him and worried about him.
We were never given the option of donating mickeys organs. Had we been given the option we would have gladly.
